Our Product · Built by 7Digit, Karaikudi
Most businesses we talk to are already running customer service through personal WhatsApp — multiple phones, no shared inbox, follow-ups falling through the cracks. We built Waamini to fix exactly that: one shared inbox, an AI chatbot that replies in Tamil, Hindi, and English, GST invoices sent straight into the chat, and lead scoring so your team knows who to call first.
A Project We Built
Waamini isn't a plugin we resell. Our own team designed it, built it, and keeps it running on the official WhatsApp Business API — the same Meta Cloud API we set up for our WhatsApp API clients, with zero markup on Meta's own rates.
We built it because we kept seeing the same problem: businesses paying for the WhatsApp API but still running it like a personal chat app — no shared inbox, no automation, no record of who said what. Waamini is what we'd want running behind our own WhatsApp number.
It's live today at waamini.com — see it running, or read on for how it works.
Under The Hood
Getting Started
Three steps, in the order they actually happen.
Link your approved WhatsApp Business API number. If you don't have one yet, we set it up as part of the build — it's the same process as our WhatsApp API service. See how that works →
Upload contacts from Excel or Google Sheets, or sync them straight from your ad leads and website forms. Duplicate detection and field mapping happen automatically.
Switch on the chatbot, schedule your first campaign, and let lead scoring tell your team who to follow up with first. Everything is tracked from there in real time.
Before You Start
Four things, before anything can get connected.
The same requirement as our WhatsApp API service — a dedicated business number, verified with Meta. We can set this up together if you don't have one yet.
A CSV, Excel file, or Google Sheet with your existing customer or lead contacts. We handle the import and clean-up.
If you want invoicing switched on, we'll need your GSTIN and HSN codes on hand. Skip this if you don't bill through WhatsApp.
Know roughly what your first broadcast or chatbot flow should say. The clearer this is upfront, the faster we get it live.
Right Fit
Waamini makes the most sense if at least one of these sounds familiar.
You're already paying for the WhatsApp API but running it like a personal chat app
Your team juggles multiple phones with no shared record of what's been said
You send GST invoices through a separate app from where you talk to customers
You run festival or seasonal offers and keep forgetting to send them on time
You want a scored view of which leads are close to buying and which have gone cold
Industry Bot Packs
Cart-recovery reminders, order confirmations, delivery tracking updates, and payment collection — all inside the same chat as the sale.
Fee reminders, exam schedules, admissions enquiries, homework alerts, and result delivery — without printing a single notice.
Appointment booking, medicine reminders, bill collection, and follow-up care — cutting down front-desk phone volume.
Buyer qualification, property listing shares, site-visit booking, and drip nurturing for long decision cycles.
Table reservations, menu sharing, festival offers, and feedback collection, straight from the customer's phone.
Booking, service menus, staff selection, appointment reminders, and rebooking prompts after a visit.
