What Actually Happens
The process involves Meta, your phone number, and our configuration work. Total timeline: approximately 3 weeks from start to go-live, depending on how quickly Meta processes verifications.
We help you verify your business on Meta's platform if you haven't already. You'll need your business documents ready. Usually takes 1–3 business days.
We register a dedicated business phone number with the WhatsApp API. This number cannot be an existing personal or WhatsApp account number — it needs to be clean.
Meta reviews and approves the number. This step is outside our control timeline-wise, but typically takes 3–7 business days. We track it and follow up on your behalf.
All outbound messages need pre-approved templates from Meta. We write these based on your use cases and submit them. Approval usually comes within 24–48 hours per template.
We connect the API to your CRM, website, or lead sources, set up your chatbot flows, and run live tests before handover. We also train your team on the dashboard.

Before we can set anything up, you'll need these four things in place.
Not linked to any existing WhatsApp account. A new SIM or a landline with OTP capability works. We'll tell you exactly what to get if you're unsure.
