By accessing or using the services provided by 7Digit Studio ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
7Digit Studio offers web development, UI/UX design, digital marketing, SEO, and branding services. The scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project will be outlined in a separate service agreement signed by both parties.
Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of the final deliverables produced for their project. 7Digit Studio retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All templates, code libraries, and tools developed by 7Digit Studio remain our intellectual property and may be reused in other projects.
Clients agree to provide timely feedback, necessary content, and access to required systems. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines. Clients are responsible for the accuracy of all materials they provide.
Payment terms are outlined in the project proposal and agreement. Invoices are due within the specified timeframe. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services until the outstanding balance is cleared.
7Digit Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project.
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date. Any unused prepaid amounts will be refunded.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in the appropriate courts of jurisdiction.
