A website can look perfectly fine and still lose customers. The headline doesn't clearly state what you offer. The enquire button is below the fold on mobile. Nobody complains — they just leave. That's a design problem, not a traffic problem. More about how we work →
Our Process
We start with the problem, not the aesthetic. Before we open a design tool, we need to understand: who is visiting this page, what do they want to know, and what do you want them to do next?
Most decisions that affect conversion aren't visual — they're structural. Where the headline sits. What information comes before the CTA. Whether there's a secondary action for visitors who aren't ready to enquire yet. We work through these questions first, with wireframes, before applying any visual design.
For businesses in Tamil Nadu, we consider practical context: what devices your customers are using, whether multilingual content is needed, and how your audience typically approaches buying decisions in your category. A jewellery store customer and a B2B textile buyer have very different expectations from a web page.
Once layout and content hierarchy is agreed, we apply typography, colour, and imagery that fits your brand. If you don't have brand guidelines yet, we'll flag what you need. See our Brand Identity service →
No Handoff Gap
When a designer hands work to a separate developer, something is almost always lost. The spacing changes. The font gets swapped. The interaction that was supposed to draw attention to the CTA never gets built.
We design and build in the same team. What we design, we can build — and we know what's practical to implement before we put it in a mockup. If you're having both design and development done with us, there's no handoff gap to manage. The final product matches what was designed.
If you only need the design and have your own developer, we deliver organised, annotated Figma files that are specific enough to build from without interpretation. Spacing, states, breakpoints, and component logic are all documented so nothing is left to guesswork.
Is This Right for You
Design review or redesign work makes most sense in these situations:
People are arriving at your site but not taking the next step. The problem is almost always structural — what the page says, in what order, and what it asks visitors to do. More traffic won't fix this. Fixing the page will.
You're spending on Meta or Google campaigns but the cost-per-enquiry is too high. A dedicated landing page built for that specific audience and offer is usually the fix — the ad isn't the problem, the page it sends people to is.
Starting with an agreed design rather than building as you go saves time and prevents expensive mid-project changes. Getting design right before development starts is the most cost-efficient approach for any site rebuild.
Getting wireframes agreed before any code is written keeps scope clear and the development estimate accurate. For custom portals, booking systems, or dashboards — screens before development is a non-negotiable step.
