UI/UX

Design

A website can look perfectly fine and still lose customers. The headline doesn't clearly state what you offer. The enquire button is below the fold on mobile. Nobody complains — they just leave. That's a design problem, not a traffic problem. More about how we work →

01 Website Interfaces
We design layout, navigation structure, content hierarchy, and call-to-action placement for business websites. The goal is to make the right path obvious — enquiry form, WhatsApp button, product page, or phone call. We work from wireframes first so structure is agreed before visual design begins. This includes homepage layouts, service page structures, and the overall navigation system.
02 Landing Pages for Ads
A landing page that doesn't match what your ad promised, takes more than three seconds to load, or buries the contact form three scrolls down will waste your ad budget regardless of targeting quality. We design landing pages specifically for ad traffic — one message, one action, no distractions. For a Tamil Nadu business running Meta or Google campaigns, a well-designed landing page often makes a bigger difference to cost-per-enquiry than the ad itself. See our Digital Marketing service →
03 Mobile Layouts
Over 70% of web traffic in India comes from mobile phones. Most business websites were designed on a desktop and adapted for mobile as an afterthought — small text, buttons too close together, forms that are frustrating to fill out, images that don't scale. We design mobile-first: starting with the smallest screen and expanding from there. The experience on a phone is deliberate, not a compressed version of the desktop site.
04 Service & Product Pages
The page that describes what you sell is where most buying decisions get made — or abandoned. If it's too long, too vague, or missing the information the customer actually needs before they'll enquire, it won't convert. We design these pages to answer the right questions in the right order: what it is, who it's for, what's included, how to get started. For jewellery, textiles, furniture, or healthcare, what that looks like in practice is different for each category.
05 App UI — Wireframes & Screens
If you're building a web application and need screens before development begins, we produce wireframes and UI mockups that your development team — or ours — can build from. This is primarily for custom portals, booking interfaces, and business dashboards. See our Web Development service → We don't design native mobile app interfaces (iOS or Android) — that's outside our current scope.

How We Approach the Work

We start with the problem, not the aesthetic. Before we open a design tool, we need to understand: who is visiting this page, what do they want to know, and what do you want them to do next?

Phase 01

Structure Before Visuals

Most decisions that affect conversion aren't visual — they're structural. Where the headline sits. What information comes before the CTA. Whether there's a secondary action for visitors who aren't ready to enquire yet. We work through these questions first, with wireframes, before applying any visual design.

Phase 02

Tamil Nadu Context

For businesses in Tamil Nadu, we consider practical context: what devices your customers are using, whether multilingual content is needed, and how your audience typically approaches buying decisions in your category. A jewellery store customer and a B2B textile buyer have very different expectations from a web page.

Phase 03

Visual Design Follows

Once layout and content hierarchy is agreed, we apply typography, colour, and imagery that fits your brand. If you don't have brand guidelines yet, we'll flag what you need. See our Brand Identity service →

Design & Development Together

When a designer hands work to a separate developer, something is almost always lost. The spacing changes. The font gets swapped. The interaction that was supposed to draw attention to the CTA never gets built.

Design + Build with 7Digit

No Handoff, No Drift

We design and build in the same team. What we design, we can build — and we know what's practical to implement before we put it in a mockup. If you're having both design and development done with us, there's no handoff gap to manage. The final product matches what was designed.

  • Wireframes → design → code in one workflow
  • Implementation feasibility checked at design stage
  • Interactions and animations built as specified
  • One point of contact throughout
Design Only — Figma Delivery

For Your Own Developer

If you only need the design and have your own developer, we deliver organised, annotated Figma files that are specific enough to build from without interpretation. Spacing, states, breakpoints, and component logic are all documented so nothing is left to guesswork.

  • Structured Figma file with named layers and frames
  • Annotated spacing, typography, and colour tokens
  • Mobile and desktop breakpoints
  • Component states (hover, active, empty, error)

Who This Is For

Design review or redesign work makes most sense in these situations:

Traffic, Low Conversions

People are arriving at your site but not taking the next step. The problem is almost always structural — what the page says, in what order, and what it asks visitors to do. More traffic won't fix this. Fixing the page will.

Ads Not Converting

You're spending on Meta or Google campaigns but the cost-per-enquiry is too high. A dedicated landing page built for that specific audience and offer is usually the fix — the ad isn't the problem, the page it sends people to is.

Rebuilding Before Development

Starting with an agreed design rather than building as you go saves time and prevents expensive mid-project changes. Getting design right before development starts is the most cost-efficient approach for any site rebuild.

App Screens Before the Build

Getting wireframes agreed before any code is written keeps scope clear and the development estimate accurate. For custom portals, booking systems, or dashboards — screens before development is a non-negotiable step.

What Design Can and Cannot Do

Design Can't Fix the Underlying Offer
Design can make a well-run business easier to engage with. It can't fix the underlying offer. If your service is priced significantly higher than competitors without a clear reason, if there are no reviews or proof points on the page, or if the business can't respond to enquiries quickly — better layout won't change the conversion rate meaningfully. We'll flag these things if we see them during a review.
Design Needs Traffic to Measure
UI/UX changes need time and traffic to measure properly. Redesigning a page and checking results after a week with 50 visitors isn't enough data to draw conclusions. If your traffic is very low, SEO or paid campaigns may need to come before a design overhaul makes sense to invest in. See our SEO Services →
